Enhancing Connectivity in Rural Quebec

This initiative aims to enhance the quality of life for rural residents and businesses by providing them with reliable high-speed internet access. The project has received support from Operation Haute Vitesse, a program dedicated to advancing high-speed internet connectivity.

Xplore’s extensive fibre network will span approximately 2,700 kilometers and is set to connect over 33,000 residences and businesses across rural Quebec. Internet speeds of up to 1 Gbps will be available to users. The project is on track for completion by September, ensuring that more communities have access to fast and reliable internet services.

Xplore emphasized its commitment to improving broadband experiences for residents and businesses in Quebec, thanks to the support of government partners. The company aims to empower rural Quebec residents to fully embrace the advantages of living in these regions.
