Vitruvian Partners Appoints Kartikeya Kaji to Spearhead India Expansion

London-based private equity (PE) firm, Vitruvian Partners, has brought Kartikeya Kaji on board from Kedaara Capital to lead its Indian operations, according to reports.

Kartikeya Kaji: A Seasoned Leader

Kartikeya Kaji, with nearly a decade of experience as the managing director at Kedaara Capital in Mumbai, is expected to drive Vitruvian Partners’ expansion strategy in India. His appointment comes amidst the country’s growing prominence as a key destination for dealmaking in the private equity landscape.

Prior to his tenure at Kedaara Capital, Kaji has held prominent roles in private equity firms such as Clayton Dubilier & Rice and Temasek Holdings, as well as in investment banking with Perella Weinberg Partners and Merrill Lynch. With close to 30 years of rich experience in investment banking and finance, Kaji brings a wealth of expertise to his new role.
