Pune, India, June 16, 2023: Tagbin, a leading technology-experiential company, achieved a significant milestone by successfully launching the Global DPI Exhibition at the prestigious JW Marriott Hotel in Pune, Maharashtra. The exhibition played a pivotal role in the Global DPI Summit, held from June 12th to 14th, 2023, in conjunction with the 3rd Meeting of the G20 Digital Economy Working Group.
With the theme “Digital Public Infrastructure for Ease of Living, Ease of Doing Business, and Ease of Governance,” the Summit aimed to highlight India’s digital prowess on the global stage. Tagbin, in collaboration with Digital India Corporation-NeGD and the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India, took a leading role in conceptualizing and executing the exhibition.
Under the Indian Presidency, the G20 Digital Economy Working Group (DEWG) identified Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) as a crucial area of focus. In line with this vision, twelve initiatives from the Digital India Flagship Programme were carefully chosen to showcase best practices in implementing DPIs. The exhibition provided visitors with an immersive experience, allowing them to explore Global DPI repositories and gain valuable insights for the benefit of the global community. Prominent initiatives such as Aadhaar, UPI, DigiLocker, Soil Health Card, eNAM, Digital India UMANG, eSanjeevani, DIKSHA, BHASHINI, ONDC, DIGIT-eGov Foundation, and DigiYatra were prominently featured, highlighting India’s groundbreaking contributions in this domain.
Tagbin’s dedicated team of professionals utilized a range of interactive technologies to create a seamless and captivating experience for exhibition attendees. Going beyond traditional exhibition norms, Tagbin employed Anamorphic Videos, virtual reality (VR) setups, and other innovative displays to capture the essence of each showcased initiative. The objective was to transform the navigation process into an immersive journey, leaving a lasting impression on the minds of visitors.
