Pristyn Care Soars to New Heights, Aims for Rs 1,000 Crore Revenue Milestone in FY24

Pristyn Care, a leading healthcare service provider, has announced stellar financial results for the fiscal year 2022-23, showcasing a consolidated total income of Rs 494 crore. With an impressive year-on-year growth of 46%, the company is now eyeing a significant revenue milestone of Rs 1,000 crore in the current fiscal year (FY24).

The audited report by Big 4 auditors for FY23 underlines the accuracy of Pristyn Care’s financials and compliance with applicable laws, reinforcing the company’s commitment to transparency. Balancing revenue growth with enhanced profitability, Pristyn Care aims for a 50% reduction in burn for FY24, implementing optimization measures like a substantial cut in marketing expenditure and personnel costs.

Despite an EBITDA loss of Rs 393 crore in FY23, Pristyn Care is optimistic about the future, projecting a reduced EBITDA loss of Rs 199 crore for FY24 while doubling its revenue. The company sets a goal to achieve EBITDA profitability by FY25.

Pristyn Care, specializing in elective surgery care in India, has experienced remarkable financial growth since its first funding round in 2019. Venturing into the D2C space, it launched BeatXP, reporting a total income of Rs 109 crore in FY23, with a remarkable growth of 248% from the previous fiscal year.

With a robust ecosystem comprising 200+ clinics, 700 hospitals, and a team of 400+ in-house super-specialty surgeons, Pristyn Care operates in 40 cities across India and expanded to Bangladesh in FY23. The company introduced new surgical categories, including dental procedures, knee replacement, and weight loss surgeries, and expanded existing categories to additional cities beyond major metro markets.

Committed to corporate governance, Pristyn Care is addressing identified areas for improvement in internal controls. The company has enhanced its governance and IT environment, engaging a global accounting firm to reassess its control framework and recommend improvements.
