Patanjali Unveils Affordable Solar Revolution: 1 kW System Promises Zero Electricity Bills

In a significant step towards promoting sustainable and eco-friendly living, Patanjali, the renowned Indian consumer goods and wellness company, has launched a 1 kilowatt (kW) on-grid solar system at an exceptionally affordable price. As the Indian government encourages the adoption of green energy solutions, Patanjali’s initiative aligns with the national goal of reducing dependence on conventional power sources.

The 1 kW solar system offered by Patanjali is designed to cater to the energy needs of homes or offices consuming four to five units of electricity daily. Capable of producing 5 to 6 units of electricity per day, the system can handle up to 800W of load, ensuring a significant reduction in electricity bills. While the initial investment may seem substantial, the cost-effectiveness of this solar solution becomes evident over time.

Patanjali’s 375W Mono Perc Solar Panel:

The heart of the 1 kW solar system comprises three Mono Perc Solar Panels, each with a capacity of 375W. The cost of these panels is remarkably low at ₹12,000, making green energy more accessible to a broader audience. These solar panels exhibit excellent performance throughout the year, even in challenging weather conditions such as winters and rainy seasons.

Patanjali 1kW Solar Inverter:

To complement the solar panels, the system requires a 1kVa solar inverter, priced at approximately ₹25,000. This solar inverter supports a maximum load of 800W at a time, ensuring efficient power distribution.

Cost of Installing the 1 kW Solar System:

In addition to the solar inverter and panels, various components like the mounting structure, DC Cable, AC Cable, ACDB, DCDB, and a 100 Ah solar battery are necessary for a seamless installation. The combined cost for these components amounts to ₹10,000. Taking all factors into account, the total cost for installing Patanjali’s 1 kW solar system ranges from ₹60,000 to ₹65,000.

Embracing this affordable solar solution from Patanjali not only contributes to a sustainable lifestyle but also offers the potential for users to enjoy zero electricity bills, marking a significant stride towards a greener and more economical future.
