Greek telecommunications provider Nova has reported an impressive fivefold increase in 5G data traffic compared to the same period last year. This significant surge can be attributed to Nova’s ongoing investment program, which amounts to a substantial €2 billion.
Expanding 5G Coverage
As part of its ambitious investment program, Nova has expanded its 5G coverage, now reaching an impressive 75 percent of the country. In major urban centers, 5G coverage stands at an even more impressive 99 percent. This expansion has enabled a broader segment of the population to access and enjoy the benefits of 5G technology.
Surge in Overall Data Usage
Nova’s mobile network has witnessed a remarkable 60 percent increase in overall data traffic, indicating a growing appetite among users for data-driven services and applications.
