LinkedIn is Taking Job Hunting to the Next Level with ‘LinkedIn Coach’ – the AI Assistant!

LinkedIn, the leading professional social networking platform, is constantly evolving to enhance its user experience. In line with this, reports have emerged about a new AI assistant in the works – ‘LinkedIn Coach.’ This smart AI assistant is designed to simplify the job search process and help users find better job opportunities effortlessly.

The news about ‘LinkedIn Coach’ was brought to light by app researcher Nima Owji, who tweeted about the upcoming feature. According to Owji, the AI assistant will provide valuable assistance in several areas, such as job applications, skill development, and networking.

LinkedIn’s AI-driven efforts to revolutionize the platform and cater to user needs have been evident in recent times. Last month, they introduced an AI feature capable of generating a first draft for users after analyzing a minimum of 30 words describing their thoughts. This feature aims to make content creation smoother and more efficient.

Moreover, ‘LinkedIn Coach’ is expected to offer valuable insights and information to users. For instance, it could provide details on how the AI assistant functions or insights into the culture of specific companies like Microsoft.

LinkedIn is continuously experimenting with AI-driven solutions to enhance user engagement. They have been piloting an AI-generated Copy Suggestions tool for advertisers. This tool leverages generative AI and data from advertisers’ LinkedIn Pages to create engaging intro text and headlines for ad creatives.

Additionally, LinkedIn has expanded its horizons to India with its identity verification feature. In collaboration with HyperVerge, a third-party identity verification service, LinkedIn allows users in India to verify their identity using DigiLocker, an online wallet for government-issued IDs like Aadhaar Cards.

With the introduction of ‘LinkedIn Coach’ on the horizon, users can look forward to a more personalized and guided job hunting experience. The AI assistant is expected to be a valuable resource for professionals looking to explore new job opportunities, acquire new skills, and expand their professional network.

As LinkedIn continues to invest in AI and machine learning technologies, the platform aims to provide users with innovative tools and features that streamline their job search and networking activities. Stay tuned for more updates on ‘LinkedIn Coach’ and the exciting developments taking place on the platform!
