In a significant development, construction and infrastructure company BL Kashyap & Sons has added two substantial contracts to its portfolio, amounting to a total value of Rs 271 crore. These strategic agreements not only enhance the company’s standing in the industry but also contribute to its robust order book, which now stands at an impressive Rs 3,276 crore.

A Boost from Jaganmayi Manor

The first of these contracts was secured from Jaganmayi Manor (JMPL) for the development of “Sattva Verve” in Pune, Maharashtra. This ambitious project encompasses a range of construction and structural tasks, as well as external civil work. With a contract value of Rs 80 crore, BL Kashyap & Sons is committed to completing the project within 19 months from the date of commencement.

Expanding Horizons with Suparna Realtors

The second contract has been acquired from Suparna Realtors (SRPL) for their commercial venture, “Sattva Texonic,” situated in Bangalore, Karnataka. BL Kashyap & Sons’ scope of work in this project extends to civil and finishing activities, in addition to external development. The contract for this endeavor is valued at approximately Rs 191 crore, and the company is poised to deliver within a timeframe of 20 months.

A Growing Order Book

With the addition of these two significant contracts, BL Kashyap & Sons’ total order book has swelled to an impressive Rs 3,276 crore. This surge in project acquisitions showcases the company’s commitment to expanding its footprint in the construction and infrastructure sector, while simultaneously bolstering its financial stability and market presence.

As BL Kashyap & Sons continues to make strides in securing noteworthy contracts and delivering on its commitments, it reaffirms its status as a key player in the Indian construction industry.
