Cyrus Poonawalla Group Enlists Keki Mistry as Strategic Advisor for Financial Services Ventures under Adar Poonawalla

Pune, 7 August 2023: The Cyrus Poonawalla Group, a diversified conglomerate encompassing Pharmaceuticals & Biotechnology, Finance, Clean Energy, Hospitality & Realty, and Aviation, has appointed Mr. Keki Mistry, former CEO & Vice Chairman of HDFC Ltd., as the Strategic Advisor for all Financial Services endeavors led by Mr. Adar Poonawalla.

Bringing his unparalleled four-decade experience, Mr. Mistry is a stalwart in the Indian Financial Services sector. He served as the CEO and Vice Chairman of HDFC Ltd. since 2010. Following its merger with HDFC Bank, he transitioned to the bank as an Additional & Non-Executive Director (Non-Independent) on June 30, 2023. Additionally, he holds the position of Non-Executive Chairman at HDFC Ergo General Insurance Company Limited.
