Client-Centric Excellence: TCS Secures #2 Spot in Spanish IT Services Satisfaction

Madrid, Spain : Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has secured the second spot for customer satisfaction in Spain, according to a recent independent survey conducted by Whitelane Research. The survey, encompassing 285 CXOs of leading IT spending organizations, ranked TCS #2 among the top 28 IT service providers based on comprehensive assessments of service delivery, relationship management, commercial competitiveness, and transformation initiatives.

Performance Excellence Recognized:

TCS exhibited a remarkable ascent from its 8th position in 2022 to claiming the #2 position in 2023. The company achieved an overall satisfaction score of 83%, surpassing the industry average of 78%. This success reflects TCS’s strong performance across various dimensions, earning the top position in service delivery quality and commercial competitiveness. TCS also secured the second spot in cloud and infrastructure services, application services, and sustainability, and the third spot in account management quality.

Continuous Improvement and Client-Centric Approach:

Maria Novoa, Country Head of TCS Spain, expressed satisfaction with the #2 ranking, attributing it to TCS’s unwavering customer-centric approach. She emphasized that TCS’s success is rooted in focusing on client needs, investing in building capabilities and a comprehensive services portfolio, and prioritizing research and innovation. This strategy positions TCS as a reliable partner for clients, driving growth and transformation in favorable times and adapting during challenges.

Whitelane Research, an independent organization specializing in European IT sourcing studies, publishes individual country-specific reports throughout the year. Earlier in the year, TCS secured the #1 position for customer satisfaction in Whitelane’s Europe-wide report for 2022/23, marking a decade of consistent recognition.
