Turbocharged Thrills: Unveiling the 2024 Hyundai Venue with Exciting Updates

In a strategic move to cater to the growing demand for turbocharged variants, Hyundai has reshaped its Venue lineup for 2024. The introduction of a new base variant, the ‘Executive,’ and updates to existing trims bring a fresh perspective to the affordable turbo segment. Let’s delve into the top three highlights of the 2024 Hyundai Venue Turbo.

1. New Variant – Executive: A Feature-Packed Base Model

Hyundai has introduced a new entry-level variant for the Venue Turbo, known as the ‘Executive.’ Priced competitively at Rs. 9.99 lakh (ex-showroom), this variant comes loaded with features, including an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system featuring wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital instrument cluster, rear AC vents, and cruise control. The Executive variant sets a new standard for the base model, providing impressive amenities for budget-conscious buyers.

2. More Affordable Turbo Venue: Challenging the Market Norms

With the price revision for the Venue Turbo, Hyundai has positioned it as one of the most affordable turbo-petrol options in its segment. While the Tata Nexon remains a strong contender, Hyundai’s move to enhance affordability while maintaining a feature-rich offering makes the Venue Turbo an enticing choice for prospective buyers seeking value for money and a turbocharged driving experience.

3. Upgrades for the S(O): Elevating the Mid-Level Trim

Hyundai hasn’t just focused on the base variant but has also enhanced the S(O) Turbo trim. The S(O) now comes with a sunroof and features driver and front passenger reading lamps, adding a touch of sophistication to the mid-level variant. Priced at Rs. 10.75 lakh for the MT version and Rs. 11.85 lakh for the 7DCT variant (ex-showroom), the S(O) Turbo combines practicality with enhanced comfort.

Hyundai Venue Turbo Engine and Gearbox Specifications

Under the hood, the Venue Executive Turbo MT is powered by a 1.0-litre, three-cylinder turbo-petrol engine generating 118bhp and 172Nm of torque. The power is transmitted through a six-speed manual gearbox. For those opting for higher trims, a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission is available, offering a seamless and responsive driving experience.

Hyundai’s strategic updates to the Venue Turbo lineup aim to provide consumers with diverse choices, emphasizing affordability without compromising on features. As the automotive landscape evolves, Hyundai continues to stay ahead of the curve, catering to the needs and preferences of modern car enthusiasts.
