Triumph’s Tiger Roars Again: A Closer Look at the 2024 Tiger 1200 Adventure Bike

Triumph Motorcycles has recently revealed the much-anticipated 2024 version of its largest adventure bike, the Tiger 1200. The renowned British brand has prioritized refining both the engine performance and rider comfort for the New Year.

The key upgrade lies in the reworked 1200cc inline-triple cylinder engine, aiming to deliver reduced vibrations and an enhanced low-speed riding experience. Triumph achieved this by increasing the engine’s inertia, effectively minimizing overall vibrations. Notably, the clutch system has undergone a redesign, accompanied by an extended clutch lever for improved usability, particularly in off-road conditions.

In terms of rider comfort, the seat on the Tiger 1200 has been redesigned to provide a flatter surface, allowing riders more freedom of movement. The Active preload reduction feature is now a standard inclusion, activated by holding down the home button for one second. This innovative feature automatically lowers the seat height by 20mm when the bike slows down for a stop.

While the pricing for the new Tiger 1200 has seen a marginal increase in the UK market, anticipation is building for its imminent launch in India in the coming weeks. Prospective buyers can expect a higher price tag compared to the current model, reflecting the advanced enhancements introduced in the 2024 edition.

Enthusiasts and adventure seekers alike can look forward to an upgraded riding experience with the new Triumph Tiger 1200, combining power, technology, and comfort for an exhilarating journey on and off the road.
