Tata Safari Facelift: A New Avatar Roars into the Indian SUV Arena

Tata Motors, an iconic name in the Indian automobile industry, has unleashed the revamped version of its legendary SUV, the Tata Safari. Priced between INR 16.29 lakh and INR 27.34 lakh (ex-showroom), this new Safari incarnation underscores Tata’s dedication to innovation and customer satisfaction.

Reservations Now Open: Enthusiastic buyers can secure their own Safari by booking it either at nearby dealerships or online, with a modest booking amount of INR 25,000. Tata is already delivering pre-booked Safari Facelifts to eager customers.

A Spectrum of Choices: The new Tata Safari offers a staggering array of 10 distinct trims to cater to various preferences and needs, ensuring there’s a perfect fit for every SUV enthusiast.

Design: A Fusion of Tradition and Modernity: The Safari Facelift introduces a one-piece ‘Parametric’ grille, LED projector headlamps, and LED projector fog lamps enclosed in black casing, a departure from the Harrier’s split setup. While the rear maintains its classic appearance, it includes redesigned tail lamps with interconnected DRLs. Additionally, the reverse and rear fog lamps find their spot at the bottom.

Cabin: Where Luxury Meets Technology: Inside, the new Safari boasts a free-standing 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. A rotary knob acts as the drive selector with a digital display, complemented by dual-zone climate control, ventilated seats in the first and second rows, a 10-speaker JBL-tuned sound system, rear window shades, a 360-degree camera, and a panoramic sunroof. Furthermore, the Safari incorporates a new layout for HVAC controls and a touch-based climate control panel reminiscent of the Tata Nexon.

Performance: Powering Adventures: Beneath the hood, the new Tata Safari houses a 2.0-L MultiJet turbocharged diesel engine, delivering 170 hp of power and 350 Nm of torque. It provides a choice between a 6-speed manual or a 6-speed torque converter automatic gearbox. In terms of safety, the new Tata Safari has earned a 5-star rating for both adult and child occupants.

The Safari Legacy Continues: With the launch of the facelifted Safari, Tata Motors reinforces its commitment to delivering robust performance wrapped in luxury. The new Safari is more than just an SUV; it’s a symbol of trust, power, and elegance that commands respect on Indian roads.

As the new Tata Safari embarks on its journey, it invites you to become a part of its legacy. Bookings are now open, and an exciting adventure awaits.
