With an economical monthly charging cost of approximately Rs 519, this car aims to cater to middle-class individuals, offering a convenient and eco-friendly mobility solution. Boasting two doors and seating for four people, the MG Comet EV is designed to provide practicality and sustainability for urban commuters.

Unveiling the Mini Electric Marvel

The MG Comet EV is a petite yet impressive electric vehicle that is both budget-friendly and environmentally responsible. Available in five attractive color options – Green, Black, Silver, White, and Black-White – this car exudes a modern and stylish appeal. What sets it apart is its compact dimensions, with a length of 2974mm, a width of 1505mm, and a height of 1631mm. Remarkably, it’s smaller than the iconic Tata Nano, further emphasizing its city-friendly nature. The Comet EV rides on 12-inch wheels with a wheelbase of 2010mm, ensuring maneuverability through congested streets.

The MG Comet EV brings the future of mobility to the present with a range of high-tech features. Its interior boasts an instrument cluster, an infotainment system, and a floating dual screen, featuring a 10.25-inch touchscreen. The car embraces voice control, responding to the command “Hey MG,” and grants access to an impressive selection of 55 apps, offering connectivity and convenience.

Impressive Range and Charging

Under the hood, the MG Comet EV is equipped with a 17.3 kWh battery that empowers it with a remarkable range of 230 kilometers on a full charge. While the standard 3.3 kW charger takes approximately 7 hours for a full charge, fast charging support is not available. However, the extensive range ensures that drivers can complete daily commutes and errands with ease, all while contributing to a cleaner environment.

Affordable and Accessible

The MG Comet EV starts at an enticing ex-showroom price of Rs 7.98 lakh, aligning with its commitment to offering an economical and environmentally friendly alternative to urban commuting. It will be available for test drives starting from April 27th, 2023, and bookings commenced on May 15th, 2023, allowing eager customers to experience the future of urban mobility.
