Maruti’s Mileage Marvel: New Baleno Shines with 30 KMPL Efficiency

Maruti Suzuki, the undisputed leader of the Indian automotive industry, has once again left a significant mark with the introduction of the new Maruti Baleno. This car not only promises exceptional fuel efficiency but also blends it with a stylish design and an affordable price tag, reaffirming Maruti’s dominance in the Indian automobile market.

Unveiling the New Maruti Baleno: Where Luxury Meets Efficiency

The new Maruti Baleno arrives on the scene with a striking design that’s hard to ignore. Its front grille, now more expansive, features a honeycombed pattern and a silver strip that adds a touch of elegance. The wraparound headlights, complete with a new three-element LED DRL signature, exude a modern and premium feel. At the rear, the C-shaped LED tail lights and reimagined rear bumper further enhance the car’s already sophisticated appearance.

Powerful Engine Meets Unparalleled Mileage

Beneath the hood, the new Maruti Baleno boasts a 1.2-liter, four-cylinder K12N petrol engine, delivering an impressive 83 BHP. For those inclined toward sustainability and economy, there’s a CNG variant with a 1.2-liter Dual Jet petrol engine. This variant maintains its power with 78 PS and a peak torque of 99 Nm, offering the choice of manual and automatic transmissions. The Baleno isn’t just about power; it excels in efficiency, achieving a remarkable mileage of up to 22.94 kmpl for the petrol version and a staggering 30.61 km/kg for the CNG variant.

A Host of Standard Features

Maruti’s new offering is packed with features that aim to delight. The car features a 9-inch Smart Play Pro Plus touchscreen infotainment system, compatible with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The inclusion of a Head-Up Display (HUD) sets a new standard in its segment. Other features include wireless phone charging, Alexa voice commands, a head-up display, a new flat-bottom steering wheel, cruise control, and steering-mounted controls. For music enthusiasts, an ARKAMYS surround sound system delivers an immersive experience.

Safety is Paramount

Safety is paramount, with the new Maruti Baleno offering six airbags, Electronic Stability Program (ESP), Hill-Start Assist, a 360-degree camera, ABS with EBD, ISOFIX child seat anchors, a reversing camera, and rear parking sensors.

Pricing That Pleases

The Maruti Suzuki Baleno is available in four variants: Sigma, Delta, Zeta, and Alpha. With an ex-showroom price range of INR 6.61 to 9.88 lakhs, Maruti has managed to keep costs unchanged, even after incorporating safety updates. This strategic move ensures affordability doesn’t come at the expense of quality or safety.
