Recent sightings of the eVX test mule have sparked excitement among enthusiasts, offering glimpses of what’s to come in this electrifying new offering.
The eVX, initially unveiled during the 2023 Auto Expo and subsequently showcased at the 2024 Bharat Mobility Expo, has been making rounds on the streets for testing purposes. A recent video shared on the Rolling Cars YouTube channel has provided fresh insights into the upcoming EV, revealing intriguing details about its design and features.
Built from the ground up on Maruti Suzuki’s dedicated skateboard platform, the eVX stands apart from its counterparts in the SUV segment. Unlike other electric SUVs, it boasts a unique design and specifications, setting a new standard for innovation.
The test mule’s design showcases subtle yet distinctive changes from the concept displayed at expos. Notably, the front of the vehicle features slightly larger headlamps housed in single pods, deviating from the split setup prevalent in contemporary designs. The rear door handle placement on the C-pillar echoes the styling cues seen in Maruti Suzuki’s Swift, adding a touch of familiarity to the electric SUV.
Despite heavy camouflage, the silhouette remains faithful to the concept, with a prominent rear spoiler and connected taillights hinting at a sleek and modern aesthetic.
