Mahindra & Mahindra Raises Scorpio-N SUV Prices Again; Third Hike This Year

Mahindra & Mahindra, a leading automobile manufacturer, has yet again increased the price of its popular SUV model, Scorpio-N. This marks the third price hike for the vehicle, with the starting price now elevated by Rs 21,000.

The entry-level manual transmission Z2 petrol variant will now be priced at Rs 13.26 lakh (ex-showroom). The Scorpio-N model is available in five distinct variants – Z2, Z4, 26, 28, and Z8L – all offering both petrol and diesel options.

New Pricing Details:

  • The entry-level manual transmission diesel variant Z2 will be available for Rs 13.76 lakh.
  • The top-of-the-line Scorpio-N model, the Z8L six-seater top petrol variant equipped with automatic transmission, will now be priced at Rs 21.78 lakh.

XUV400 Discounts and Electric SUV Offers: Recently, Mahindra & Mahindra rolled out a substantial discount of Rs 1.25 lakh on its electric SUV, XUV400. This model, launched earlier this year, offers an impressive range of over 450 kilometers on a single charge. The discount promotion is valid until the end of this month. The XUV400 competes in the electric SUV segment with MG’s ZS EV and Tata Motors’ Nexon EV.

Possible New XUV400 Version: This isn’t the first time Mahindra & Mahindra has offered discounts on its sole electric vehicle. The discount is provided as a cash benefit without additional perks. The XUV400 is available in two variants – EC and ELI, and there are hints that the company may introduce a new version soon. With the September discount, an XUV400 can be acquired for less than Rs 15 lakh.
