KTM has launched an updated version of its popular motorcycle, the Duke 200, with a new feature aimed at enhancing its appeal among enthusiasts. Priced at Rs. 1.96 lakhs (ex-showroom), this minor update aims to keep the bike fresh and competitive in the market.
The key addition to the KTM Duke 200 is the new full LED headlight. This new headlamp unit boasts 32 LEDs with 6 reflectors, ensuring a powerful and focused beam of light. Additionally, it includes a LED Daytime Running Light (DRL) unit, further enhancing the bike’s visibility on the road.
With the inclusion of the LED headlight, all KTM motorcycles with engine capacities of 200cc and above now feature LED lighting all around, emphasizing the brand’s commitment to advanced lighting technology.
The updated KTM Duke 200 is available in two attractive color options, namely Electronic Orange and Dark Silver Metallic. Visually and mechanically, there are no other changes to the bike apart from the new headlight.
Some noteworthy features of the KTM Duke 200 include dual-channel ABS with Supermoto mode, a liquid-cooled DOHC engine that generates 25 PS of power and 19.2 Nm of torque, WP upside-down forks, WP monoshock, a split steel trellis frame, aluminum swingarm, and an underbelly exhaust.
Excitingly, KTM is currently preparing to launch the next generation of Dukes in the coming months. While specific details about these new models are yet to be revealed, enthusiasts eagerly await the unveiling of the updated lineup.
