Amazon, known for its commitment to improving customer lives, becomes the first platform to facilitate end-to-end transactions for a major automotive company.

The unveiling of the 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe at the Los Angeles Auto Show marked the announcement. The presentation showcased the strategic alliance between the two companies and hinted at the transformative impact on the future of smart mobility.

How It Works: A New Era of Car Shopping on Amazon

Amazon outlined the logistics of this pioneering venture, detailing how auto dealers would directly sell vehicles through the Amazon website in the United States starting next year. Customers can seamlessly browse available inventory, specifying model, trim, color, and other features. The entire purchasing process, from selecting a preferred payment method to applying for financing, will unfold on the Amazon website. After the purchase, customers can opt for convenient vehicle pick-up or hassle-free delivery.
