Citroen India has expanded its portfolio with the launch of the Citroen C3 Aircross equipped with an automatic transmission. The SUV, available in the Plus and Max trim levels, is priced at ₹12.84 lakh (ex-showroom) and ₹13.50 lakh, respectively. Additionally, the automatic transmission is offered in a 5+2 seating configuration with the Max trim level priced at ₹13.85 lakh.

The 1.2L turbo petrol engine now boasts a six-speed torque converter, resulting in a significant increase in torque output by 15 Nm, reaching 205 Nm. The power output remains consistent at 108 bhp. Notable enhancements include the introduction of remote start-stop and remote AC preconditioning, accessible through the MyCitroen app.

Design and Configuration: Built on the C-Cube platform, the Citroen C3 Aircross measures 4.3m in length and features a robust 200mm ground clearance. Available in both five-seater and 5+2 seating configurations, the SUV offers three trim levels – You, Plus, and Max.

In terms of design, the C3 Aircross maintains its attractive appearance with boxy aesthetics and a well-balanced stance. The Y-shaped DRLs at the front, highlighted air intake, 17-inch ‘Quadratic’ alloys, tight overhangs, well-proportioned wheel arches, and C-shaped tail-lights contribute to its distinct visual appeal.

Cabin Features and Localization: Boasting over 90% localized content, the C3 Aircross’ cabin adopts a dual-tone theme with white-colored upholstery, creating an airy ambiance. The interior is equipped with a 7-inch TFT screen, five fast USB chargers, Hill Start Assist, a multi-function steering wheel, and more. The highlight is the 10-inch touchscreen infotainment system supporting Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

As Citroen continues to strengthen its presence in the Indian market, the C3 Aircross AT stands as the fourth product from the company, showcasing a blend of performance, style, and innovative features.
